3.6 Funds Ownership. All funds deposited into your phdream566 account must be your own money, obtained through lawful means. phdream566 does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of players. Any attempt to deposit funds obtained through illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.
4.1 General Bonus Terms. 5.2 Technical Malfunctions. 8.2 Exclusion of Consequential Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phdream566 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if phdream566 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8.3 Cap on Liability. Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, phdream566's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phdream566 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.4 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. phdream566 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through gambling on the Platform. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose and to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on phdream566.
9.1 Termination by Player. You may close your phdream566 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
9.2 Termination by phdream566. phdream566 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) phdream566 is required to do so by law or regulatory directive; (c) phdream566 reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity on your account; or (d) you request self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
9.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the phdream566 Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.
10.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10.3 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and phdream566, you agree to first contact phdream566 customer support to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the competent courts of the Philippines. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against phdream566.
11.1 Right to Amend. phdream566 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phdream566 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
11.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the phdream566 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
